CleanGo is a device optimization utility designed to assist users in organizing and maintaining their smartphones. The Service may include tools that scan device storage, identify unnecessary or duplicate records, and provide options for safely removing or merging data.
Your use of CleanGo indicates acceptance of these Terms and any future updates. If you do not accept updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction, to use CleanGo. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, CleanGo grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the App for private, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.
You are solely responsible for how you use CleanGo and for any actions taken on your device. Before deleting or modifying contacts, files, or calendar events, you should create backups. Certain changes may be irreversible. You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
Some features require a paid subscription. CleanGo may offer a three-day free trial for new users. After the trial ends, the subscription may automatically convert into a paid plan unless canceled.
We do not store credit card or banking information.
To perform its functions, CleanGo may request access to your contacts, calendar, and storage. All analysis and cleanup operations occur locally on your device. We do not claim ownership over your data.
You retain full ownership of all personal data and content stored on your device. CleanGo does not obtain ownership or rights to your contacts, events, or files. Our role is limited to providing tools that you control.
We may release updates or patches to improve performance or security. Some updates may be mandatory to continue using the Service. Older versions may become unsupported.
CleanGo may rely on third-party platforms such as Apple services, analytics providers, or hosting infrastructure. These third parties operate under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their actions.
The Service, including software, code, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by CleanGo or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or achieve specific results. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, device malfunction, or financial loss arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CleanGo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the App and canceling subscriptions.
CleanGo shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network failures, governmental actions, or technical interruptions.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, appropriate legal processes in competent courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CleanGo regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements or understandings.
